For those who couldn’t nab the exclusive two-night stay that Sarah Jessica Parker offered at her Hamptons beach cottage last August, here’s a chance to do one better. The Sex and the City star’s Amagansett, New York vacation home is available to rent again, but this time it could be yours for the entire summer, Realtor.com reports.
The cozy three-bedroom, one-bathroom abode is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day for $95,000. For a shorter stay, the circa-1940 home is also available for the month of July for $45,000 or from August through Labor Day for $35,000.
The dwelling’s 1,200 square feet of interior living space are decorated with white paneled walls, vintage linoleum tiled floors, and cheerful pops of color. Through the front entryway, a combo living and dining room boasts a floor-to-ceiling brick wood-burning fireplace. The connecting kitchen is decked out to match its blue and white checkerboard floors, down to the sky-blue countertops. A duotone scheme is also found in the space’s singular bathroom, which features bright yellow tiles and a pale pink bathtub with a toilet, sink, and curtains to match.
Outside, the property’s amenities really shine—particularly with a private pathway that leads directly to one of the area’s most secluded beaches. There’s also an outdoor shower, a detached garage, and a spacious wooden deck set up with a barbecue, lounge chairs, and a dining table. The Hamptons hideaway is ensconced in landscaped trees and hedges.
Parker and her husband of 26 years, fellow actor Matthew Broderick, sold their longtime NYC townhouse in 2021 for $15 million. The pair paid just $3 million for that West Village townhouse way back in 2000. Reportedly, the And Just Like That… and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off stars maintain their $35 million mega-mansion made up of two neighboring townhouses, also in Manhattan’s West Village.
